These Commercial Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Justdream (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the organization you represent (“Customer”). These Terms govern Customer’s use of the Justdream API, Console, enterprise tools, or other AI-based offerings referencing these Terms (“Services”).
Customer may use the Services to submit prompts and generate AI-based outputs such as text, images, or videos (“Outputs”). These Outputs are generated by machine learning systems and may vary in accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness. Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all Outputs before use.
Beta or experimental features are provided “as is” and are not suitable for production use.
We may use feedback provided by Customer for improving our Services without any obligation or compensation.
Customer retains ownership of all Outputs generated through the Services. We disclaim any rights to Customer Content and Outputs, except those necessary to provide and maintain the Services.
We do not train our models on paid or private Customer Content.
If Customer submits personal data, the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies. All processing will comply with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.
Ethical AI Use
We are committed to responsible AI development and deployment. Our systems incorporate multiple safeguards to detect and block harmful or inappropriate content, including NSFW, deepfake, or celebrity likeness material.
AI Guardrails and Moderation
Input moderation uses a locally hosted Llama-Guard-3-8B model to screen unsafe prompts.
Output moderation uses GPT-4o-mini and Qwen3-VL-8B-Instruct (locally hosted) to detect and filter NSFW, violent, or policy-violating outputs.
All outputs are automatically reviewed before being displayed or shared.
Policy Compliance
The Services adhere to Google’s Secure AI Framework (SAIF), OWASP GenAI Red Teaming guidelines, and applicable AI safety standards. Customers must not use the Services to create or share content that violates laws, regulations, or platform policies (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must review Outputs before public use and ensure compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Restricted actions include:
Reverse-engineering the Services or models
Using the Services to develop competing products
Generating or disseminating deceptive, harmful, or illegal content
Each party must protect Confidential Information and may only use it to fulfill obligations under these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with Justdream or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated herein.
We may use Customer’s name and logo in good faith for co-marketing activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer is responsible for paying all applicable fees as specified. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Either party may terminate these Terms with notice. We may suspend Services for policy violations, legal restrictions, or security concerns.
Disputes shall first be addressed informally, and if unresolved, may proceed to binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, under applicable law.
We will defend Customer against third-party claims of IP infringement arising from our technology. Customer will defend us against claims arising from violations of these Terms or unlawful use of Outputs.
The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that AI-generated Outputs will be error-free or suitable for specific purposes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Notices must be sent electronically to the designated contacts. These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Amendments become effective 30 days after posting.
We will process personal data only in accordance with Customer’s written instructions and applicable data protection laws. Sub-processors, if any, must meet equivalent security and confidentiality obligations.
